Job summary

Imedview, Inc in New York state is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap and guide the ongoing rewrite of our core platform. You’ll mentor others, align across teams, and ensure clear specifications drive delivery.

You’ll partner with leadership to establish scalable product practices, balance short-term needs with long-term health, and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration in a remote-friendly role with periodic on-site meetings within 100 miles of Saugerties, NY.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, ideally in software.
• Ability to gather, structure, and write clear requirements.
• Experience leading large internal projects or rewrites end-to-end.
• Experience defining roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and metrics.
• Experience in Agile/Kanban with engineering collaboration.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Own product direction as we finish the rewrite and guide ongoing development.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap balancing delivery and long-term health.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across operations and leadership.
• Document complex processes into clear specs and user stories.
• Groom the backlog and coordinate with engineering on scope and sequencing.
• Maintain accountability across multiple client portals and platforms.
• Define and track product success metrics to inform prioritization.
• Bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders for alignment.
• Establish and improve product management practices and documentation.
• Mentor other product staff to raise product discipline.
