Job summary

Imedview, Inc. is seeking a Manager of IT and Technology Solutions to lead day-to-day IT operations and drive integrations aligned with business goals. Reporting to the CTO, you will translate strategy into actionable projects and manage a growing IT team.

This hybrid role requires SOC 2/HIPAA familiarity, vendor management, and hands-on oversight of project lifecycles from planning to deployment. Collaborate with engineering and operations to deliver secure, reliable technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive IT experience including escalation support.
• 3+ years configuring desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• 2+ years managing SaaS platforms (e.g., M365) and IAM.
• 2+ years vendor management including contracts and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of IT systems, integrations, and tech initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from requirements to deployment.
• Manage daily IT operations, support services, and escalations.
• Develop and coach IT staff through performance management.
• Maintain documentation and end-user training programs.
• Support SOC 2, HIPAA, risk management, and audit readiness.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party risk assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align tech with business needs.
• Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.
