Job summary

TechOp Solutions International, Inc. seeks an IT Specialist to provide technical support, system administration, and troubleshooting for the organization’s IT systems.

This role supports employees, equipment, software, networks, cloud platforms, and customer-facing systems while ensuring compliance with security requirements. The candidate should have a BS/BA and at least 5 years in an IT/Systems Administrator role, with Salesforce CRM experience and strong communication skills for government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of IT/Systems Administrator experience.
• Salesforce CRM experience.
• Excellent communication skills with government stakeholders and operational teams.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Ability to pass a government security background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, software, hardware, networks, and related IT systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laptops and peripheral equipment.
• Coordinate with Government IT on account configuration, access requests, and other administrative requests.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for a 24/7 team.
• Support cloud-based platforms and business applications, including Microsoft 365, Salesforce CRM, Amazon Web Services, and Amazon Connect.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability, efficiency, and security.
• Communicate professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and government stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
