Job summary

V Group Inc. in the United States (Remote) seeks a Systems Software Manager/Supervisor to lead the implementation, operation, and support of enterprise technology services for Florida Virtual School (FLVS). The role oversees servers, networks, security, and business IT systems, guiding a team and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

You will provide weekly project status updates, drive process improvements, and ensure timely delivery of IT initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six years of experience supporting enterprise-class technology systems.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/HRIS and IIS configurations in Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the implementation, operation, and support of infrastructure services including servers, networks, and telephony devices.
• Oversee second-tier support for enterprise technology systems.
• Lead recommendations to improve systems support processes and efficiency.
• Develop relationships with internal teams and external vendors; manage vendor relationships.
• Analyze performance and address deficiencies; implement process improvements.
• Review staffing, performance, and resource needs; advise on hiring and promotions.
• Direct staff during testing, monitoring, and installation of major system releases.
• Provide weekly status reports on projects and initiatives.
