Job summary

Path Robotics in North Carolina seeks an IT Systems Engineer to administer and scale core IT platforms, including Google Workspace, JAMF, Intune/Azure AD, Okta, and CrowdStrike, ensuring secure, reliable services across the organization.

This hands-on role requires partnering with Security and IT leadership, owning end-to-end systems, improving the employee technology experience, and maintaining a security-first posture in a fast-growing, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT systems engineering or administration experience.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, JAMF, Intune/Azure AD, Okta, and CrowdStrike.
• Experience supporting macOS and Windows endpoints.
• Strong knowledge of identity management, endpoint security, and modern IT architectures.
• Proven troubleshooting, documentation, and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT architecture for core platforms.
• Own system configurations, integrations, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Security and IT leadership on tooling decisions and roadmaps.
• Manage Okta SSO, MFA, user lifecycles, and SaaS integrations.
• Deploy and maintain CrowdStrike Falcon across endpoints; monitor security posture.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and escalate incidents as needed.
• Create and maintain SOPs and system documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.
