Job summary

SureCam is looking for an IT and System Administrator who will oversee all technology systems, act as Salesforce administrator, and manage go-to-market tools to support sales, marketing, fulfillment, and customer success.

The role is remote with preferred Mountain, Central, or Eastern time working hours, reporting to the Financial Ops team to drive efficiency and scale across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and IT systems architecture.
• Experience documenting workflows and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for SureCam’s systems and manage architecture, integrations, data capture, and reporting.
• Maintain go-to-market and operations systems; administer Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and Zendesk.
• Manage Salesforce process documentation to facilitate sales productivity.
• Identify system optimization projects with FinOps and other leaders to scale workflows and reports.
• Oversee software selection, subscriptions, and vendor relationships.
• Manage relationship with desktop IT vendor.
• Oversee Salesforce consultants for recurring functions and larger projects.
• Handle other responsibilities as required.
