Job summary

BOOST LLC, a GovCon-focused consultancy, seeks an IT Systems Administrator to support Don Selvy Enterprises (DSE) in day-to-day IT operations and a CMMC Level 2 program. This role is mostly remote with occasional travel to the Washington, DC area, and requires eligibility for a DoD Top Secret clearance.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of IT support or systems administration experience, strong Windows/Microsoft 365 skills, and knowledge of DoD cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications

• No degree requirement stated; hands-on IT support or systems administration experience accepted.
• Experience supporting DoD or government contractors with security requirements is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171 controls is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows 10/11 workstations and Microsoft 365 services.
• Provide Tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting for devices, software, and connectivity.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and access changes.
• Maintain hardware/software inventories and security baselines.
• Support CMMC Level 2 program and related compliance artifacts.
• Travel occasionally to the DC area to configure and support systems.
• Collaborate with defense contractors and government stakeholders.
