Job summary

BOOST LLC is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support DSE's DoD environments and the CMMC 2.0 program. The role is mostly remote with occasional travel to the Washington DC area; candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include administering Windows 10/11 workstations, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure AD, Intune; Tier 2/3 troubleshooting; onboarding/offboarding; security baselines; and contributing to compliance documentation and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT support or sysadmin.
• Strong Windows 10/11 administration and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of CMMC 2.0 and NIST 800-171.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex end-user issues.
• Eligible for DoD TS clearance or clearance process.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows 10/11 workstations and Microsoft 365 services.
• Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting for devices and network issues.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, access changes.
• Maintain inventories and document configurations.
• Support CMMC 2.0 and NIST 800-171 compliance evidence.
• Travel occasionally to the DC area as needed.
