Job summary

Mavins International is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage, monitor, and secure our IT infrastructure across servers, networks, and cloud platforms. The role supports collaboration for the central team and member firms while ensuring reliable, secure systems.

You will oversee installations, troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and maintain documentation. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, 3+ years of experience, and familiarity with ServiceNow or Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in IT systems administration or a similar role.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and on-premise infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of network management and cybersecurity practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with IT support tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, cloud platforms, and related IT systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
