Dedicated IT is a leading MSP with a healthcare focus, offering a people-centric culture and strong benefits. The role at our Anchorage client is hybrid, with 1 day onsite per week and a salary range of $55,000-$65,000.

You will be the frontline support technician, handling tickets, mentoring teammates, and collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional service to healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a helpdesk or similar advanced technical role.
• MSP experience required.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred (HIPAA familiarity).
• ConnectWise experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client issues through support tickets and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Manager, Team Lead, and clients.
• Tackle a range of issues from basic to complex as needed by end users.
• Document notes, track time, and update documentation.
• Mentor teammates and train users on supported software/hardware.
• Identify potential major incidents and communicate with Team Lead.
• Troubleshoot and create workarounds when standard procedures fail.
• Assist with software installations and vendor management.
• Maintain timely case follow-up and client updates.
