Job summary

Dedicated IT is seeking a Support Technician II in Anchorage, AK with a hybrid schedule (1 day onsite per week). The role supports healthcare clients, handles a wide range of IT tasks, and helps maintain service levels.

Salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 and includes modern tools and career growth opportunities. You'll work on the service desk, learn enterprise tech, mentor teammates, and collaborate with fCIO/POD teams to deliver exceptional client support while growing your technical

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a helpdesk or advanced technical role.
• Prior MSP experience required.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred with HIPAA familiarity.
• ConnectWise experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client issues through support tickets and SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with clients, Service Delivery Manager, and Team Lead for service excellence.
• Handle a range of issues from basic to complex as requested by end users.
• Document detailed notes, track time, and update documentation.
• Manage email tickets and escalate when needed with thorough notes.
• Mentor teammates and train users on supported software and hardware.
• Identify major incidents and alert the Team Lead quickly.
• Troubleshoot and create workarounds when standard procedures fail.
• Assist with software installations and vendor management for client support.
• Maintain timely case follow-up and keep clients updated.
• Collaborate on client projects with fCIO and POD Teammates.
