Tempus Unlimited, Inc. is seeking an IT Support/Help Desk professional to join a nonprofit team focused on empowering individuals with disabilities.

The role involves installing and maintaining computing systems, diagnosing issues, and delivering remote and on-site support to users across departments. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in IT support, an Associate degree or equivalent, and a strong grasp of computing equipment, software, networking, TCP/IP, DNS, and Active Directory.

Qualifications

Two to five years of IT support/Help Desk experience in a user-oriented environment.
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to work independently, self-motivator with the ability to plan and initiate.
Strong understanding of a wide variety of personal computing equipment, computer software applications and networking equipment.

Responsibilities

Installs, tests, and maintains a variety of personal computing, network hardware and software systems on LAN/WAN.
Performs diagnostic tests and repairs hardware.
Provides remote support for offsite users.
Maintains incident-tracking logs and produces documentation.
