Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS.
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID (hybrid identity, MFA).
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune (deployment, patching, endpoint policies).
• Experience supporting virtual desktop environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex/high-priority incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across M365, Windows, macOS, AVD, and remote connectivity.
• Lead major incident response with clear communication to users and stakeholders.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle: provisioning, configuring, shipping, and maintaining devices.
• Run onboarding/offboarding: account setup, access, equipment.
