Job summary

Uprite Services in Houston seeks a System Support Analyst to join the Service Desk. You’ll handle end-user support, remote and onsite, and collaborate with the team to deliver proactive IT services.

You’ll manage MS365, Azure, Active Directory, and hardware issues while documenting tickets and mentoring junior analysts. On-call rotation may apply, and travel to client sites is occasional.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years IT support experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and insurance.
• Willingness to travel to client sites occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site user support for MS365, Outlook, and business apps.
• Manage Microsoft 365 licensing, applications, and Azure.
• Troubleshoot issues and document tickets to resolution.
• Assist with server, network, and firewall basics as needed.
