Dayton Roger's is seeking an IT Specialist to provide technical support and manage computer systems and networks in a fully remote role. This full-time position offers opportunities for growth within the company.

You will install, configure, monitor performance and security, document configurations, and collaborate with the IT team to implement new solutions. Strong troubleshooting, Windows/MacOS familiarity, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
At least 3 years of hands-on IT experience.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
Experience troubleshooting technical issues.
Proficiency with Windows and macOS.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
Monitor and maintain system performance and security
Identify and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and functionality
Train and assist end-users with technology-related questions and issues
Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new technology solutions
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and procedures
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding technology usage and security
