Job summary

Dayton Roger's is seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join our growing team. This remote, full-time position will analyze, design, and implement information technology systems across the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure secure, scalable IT infrastructure. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field and at least 3 years of IT analysis experience, with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of IT analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of network and systems administration, including hardware, software, and security.
• Experience with project management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Experience with cloud computing and virtualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to identify business needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans
• Design and implement IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Monitor and maintain existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support
• Develop and implement security measures to protect company data and systems
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
• Train and support end-users on new systems and technologies
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures
• Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
• Participate in IT project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
