Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in systems administration or desktop support.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• Experience administering Active Directory in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain processing systems and procedures to ensure efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Provide direct IT support to staff and students across the MECC campus.
• Configure hardware/software, diagnose connectivity and data access problems, assist users.
