Ondo Finance is seeking a motivated IT Engineer to join its Corporate IT team. You will handle identity, access, and endpoint management in a SaaS-first, highly automated IT environment. The role is junior but designed for growth into identity-driven automation, working remotely with a distributed US team.

You’ll support IAM platforms, SSO, SCIM integrations, and device lifecycles, while enabling onboarding/offboarding and low-code automations to improve reliability and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in IT support, operations, or systems roles.
• Experience in SaaS-heavy IT support (Tier 1–2).
• Solid IAM fundamentals: SSO, SCIM, MFA, RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Identity, Access & SaaS Operations: manage IAM, MFA, provisioning.
• Endpoint & Device Management: macOS management and lifecycle.
• Employee Lifecycle & Automation: onboarding/offboarding and low-code automations.
• Tier 1–2 IT Support: day-to-day support and root-cause analysis.
• Vendor Lifecycle & IT Operations: onboarding and renewal processes.
