Finom is seeking an IT Solutions Engineer to architect and automate our identity, device, and SaaS governance. You will own the provisioning lifecycle, build cross-system integrations, and ensure secure, auditable access across Windows and macOS endpoints.

Collaboration with Security, People Ops, and DevOps is essential. You’ll deploy SSO/SCIM/SAML in JumpCloud, script reliable flows, and contribute to compliance programs (ISO 27001, SOC 2).

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering.
• Hands-on with Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong IAM experience: JumpCloud, SSO, SCIM, and SAML.
• Automation-first mindset with real scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Jira Service Management.
• Clear, concise English communication across tech and non-tech teams.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build the access lifecycle automation layer across our top applications by ticket volume.
• Integrate core systems (HiBob → JumpCloud → Tequipy) and related tools into one automated workflow.
• Manage identity and access backend: configure and debug SSO/SCIM/SAML in JumpCloud.
• Deliver security controls program and ensure least-privilege enforcement.
• Administer Jira Service Management and Atlassian tools configurations and automations.
• Own endpoint automation: JumpCloud MDM policies for Windows and macOS.
• Drive SaaS and budget optimization by monitoring usage and reclaiming licenses.
• Document everything built with technical maps and configs.
• Lead technical projects end-to-end including new integrations.
