Job summary

Cayuse Civil Services, LLC is seeking a Service Desk Agent for remote work. You will deliver customer service and technical support to resolve incidents and fulfill SLAs, handling a broad range of devices and platforms.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in IT support, strong communication, and experience with ServiceNow. This full-time hourly role offers remote work flexibility and a clear path to contribute to service quality.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience preferred in Service Desk or Customer Service.
2–5 years of experience in computer systems, customer support or IT support.
Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management System.
Customer service focus and satisfaction.
Call center experience.

Responsibilities

Provides high-quality customer service to resolve technology problems and requests.
Follows guidelines to deliver a full range of services to customers.
Provides complex technical troubleshooting and records problems in the management tool.
Offers prompt assistance and information to customers.
Performs first-line troubleshooting and logs interactions for escalations.
Supports mobile devices, video conference units, IP telephony, and end-user accounts.
Manages end-user device support across desktops, laptops, and PDAs.
Uses remote tools to diagnose and troubleshoot Windows, MacOS, and Office apps.
