Job summary

Cayuse Civil Services, LLC is hiring a Service Desk Agent for a fully remote role. You will deliver timely, accurate information and support to customers while adhering to SLAs and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in IT support, ServiceNow experience, and strong communication skills. The position is full-time hourly non-exempt with travel and relocation not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of IT support experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Customer service focus and ability to handle inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to resolve technology problems and requests.
• Perform first-line troubleshooting and log interactions for escalation.
• Utilize remote desktop tools to diagnose desktop issues across Windows and MacOS.
• Support IP telephony, video conferencing units, and device management.
• Maintain ServiceNow records and assist with incident and problem management.
