Job summary

Parasol Alliance seeks a Service Desk Analyst in a hybrid role based in Fort Wayne, IN. You will provide Level 1 and some Level 2 support, handling hardware and software onsite and collaborating with vendors as needed.

Expect to ensure ticket resolutions per SLAs, document issues in tickets, and deliver excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person. Travel to multiple locations is required, with a 4-day onsite schedule every other week.

Qualifications

• Three years of level one support in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Active Directory, Office Suite, Windows OS, Exchange, printers and desk hardware.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Onsite schedule includes travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Level 1 support for all client tickets.
• Level 2 support when possible by ability.
• Onsite support of hardware and software.
• Vendor contact as required to resolve tickets.
• Ticket resolution per client SLA.
• Documentation within service tickets on steps and resolution.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email and in person.
• Follow company processes and procedures.
• Onsite schedule: 4 days every other week with travel to 5 locations as needed.
