Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate TAC technical resources to support client needs and service-level objectives.
• Prioritize incoming support tickets based on urgency, impact, and SLA requirements.
• Schedule technicians for tickets and projects, reassigning as needed to meet targets.
• Monitor queues and escalations to ensure timely client support and updates.
• Maintain accurate ticket and activity records in ConnectWise.
