Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with clients, technical staff, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate TAC resources to support client needs and SLA targets.
• Prioritize and route incoming support tickets based on urgency and impact.
• Schedule technical team members for tickets, projects, and service activities.
• Monitor ticket queues, escalations, and service levels to ensure timely client support.
• Provide clients with timely updates on ticket status and next steps.

Education

Associate's degree in Information Systems or related field
