Job summary

VulnCheck seeks a Sysadmin / HelpDesk to own the internal IT experience for a fully remote team. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, accounts provisioning, and device policies to maintain security and efficiency.

You’ll partner with the VP of Information Security on access reviews, evidence collection, and least-privilege practices, while growing onboarding automation and thorough IT documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a helpdesk role, ideally remote
• Hands-on experience with user/account lifecycle management across SaaS and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts (SSO, RBAC, least privilege)
• Experience administering an MDM/endpoint management solution (FleetDM, Jamf, Intune)
• Comfort working with Google Workspace or comparable suite
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and training materials

Responsibilities

• Own the internal IT experience for a fully remote team, from onboarding to offboarding
• Coordinate identity, device management, and access controls across multi-cloud environments
• Develop onboarding automation and access review processes
• Collaborate with Information Security on least-privilege access and evidence collection
• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity issues
• Maintain IT runbooks and end-user documentation
• Identify recurring issues and propose small automation improvements
