Job summary

Corning Incorporated, facilitated by Magnit, seeks an IT Project Coordinator to support the IT PMO, coordinating project quality and testing activities across agile and traditional delivery. You will help maintain SDLC artifacts, manage test plans, and liaise with developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant delivery.

The role is a 6-month contract with potential extension, remote across US locations, with EST-favored hours.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, or equivalent.
Minimum 5–10+ years working as an IT project team member; QA experience preferred.
Strong facilitation and leadership skills.
Experience with SDLC methodologies in enterprise IT.
Proficiency in testing strategies including performance testing.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager and coordinate project quality and testing activities.
Prepare presentations and maintain project documentation.
Coordinate QA activities across teams and vendors.
Monitor cross-project dependencies, risks, issues, and impacts.
Own and maintain SDLC and QA deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
Lead end-to-end testing activities including UAT and performance testing.
