Job summary

You will drive test automation initiatives, oversee testing gates, and collaborate with IT leadership, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure reliable and secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires 5-7 years in Quality Assurance with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with QA strategy, processes, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategy, processes, and metrics aligned with goals.
• Lead QA/App Tester team, mentorship, and performance reviews.
• Oversee testing across unit, integration, system, and UAT phases.
• Coordinate with project managers, business analysts, and developers on scope and timelines.
