The CBE Group, Inc. seeks a Manager, IT Quality Assurance to lead the QA/App Tester team, shaping QA strategy, standards, and metrics across the organization.

This role ensures quality throughout dev lifecycle, balancing agility, risk, and cost while driving automation and cross-functional collaboration in a US-based remote capacity. You will mentor QA testers, coordinate with project managers, analysts, and developers, manage resources, and report progress, risks, and defect trends.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5-7 years in Quality Assurance with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Must be able to obtain government clearance; US Citizenship required.
• Experience with defect tracking systems and QA tools.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, and UI testing.

Responsabilidades

• Define QA strategy, processes, and metrics aligned with goals.
• Lead QA/Testers, mentor teams, and plan resource allocation.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting across projects.
• Promote automated testing frameworks and test coverage.
• Ensure regulatory/compliance standards and auditable docs.
