Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in MIS, CS, or related field.
• 5–7 years in Quality Assurance with at least 3 years in leadership or managerial roles.
• Must be able to obtain government clearance; US Citizenship required.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies (manual & automated) and QA tools.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and traditional SDLC practices.
• ISTQB/CSTE or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategy, processes, and metrics aligned with project and organizational goals.
• Lead test planning, execution, and reporting with focus on efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation.
• Drive adoption of automated testing frameworks to balance manual and automated coverage.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of QA/App Testers with coaching and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to align testing scope, timelines, and priorities.
• Maintain testing documentation, QA gates, and regulatory/compliance alignment.
