Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of managing large, complex multi-year projects.
• Intermediate knowledge Atlassian Tool Suite.
• Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce technology.
• Thorough knowledge of PMBOK project management practices (cost, benefit, risk, resource, change control).
• Thorough knowledge of Agile Project Management & IT governance methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with CSB-IT staff, clients, and contracted resources.
• Create, review and maintain project management plans, schedules, meeting agendas and minutes, risk/issue logs and lessons learned.
• Manage projects according to Governance policies and procedures.
• Use Atlassian tools to track milestones, tasks, and deliverables and report variances.
• Schedule, prepare for and facilitate project meetings.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and address issues promptly.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain project artifacts.
• Support a team atmosphere and portfolio maintenance; update Governance policies.
