Job summary

FLAGLER TECHNOLOGIES Professional Services is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure initiatives across multiple workstreams and locations. This remote, nationwide role requires coordinating technical teams, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver-on time and on-budget.

You will use Smartsheet, ConnectWise, and SharePoint to manage plans, track progress, and report to executives while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience delivering enterprise IT infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional internal teams, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors across multiple workstreams and locations.
• Experience overseeing structured-cabling deployments and rack-and-stack projects.
• Strong project-planning, prioritization, organization, and escalation-management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and executive-level status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of concurrent projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Coordinate resources, field activities, and approvals across workstreams and locations.
• Lead customer and internal project meetings and document decisions and owners.
• Communicate progress, decisions, escalations, and changes to enterprise stakeholders.
• Review deployment diagrams and oversee rack-and-stack, UPS, PDU, and equipment sequencing.
• Manage equipment procurement and delivery to project sites; escalate substitutions as needed.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, site readiness, and quality expectations.
• Identify delivery risks and propose practical mitigation plans.
• Maintain scope, change requests, approvals, and documentation for handoffs.
• Use Smartsheet, ConnectWise, and SharePoint for planning and reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Support teams to align commitments.
• Validate deliverables and support closeout and lessons learned.
