Job summary

Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) is seeking a Project Manager for Information Systems to lead major IT projects from planning through execution. This remote role requires a California residence prior to start and follows a Monday–Friday day shift schedule.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, tracking projects, managing stakeholders, and guiding the project team. Candidates should have 3+ years of IT project management experience and a Bachelor's degree in CS/IS; PMP

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct work experience in IT project or program management.
• Experience in managing full life cycle information systems projects, large scale systems development and/or IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track projects.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications.
• Manage the project team, driving motivation, collaboration and performance.
• Identify, prioritize and mitigate project risks.
• Provide oversight and control of external resources contracted to the project.
• Evaluate the project process for continuous improvement.
