• Develop and implement project governance, methodologies, and tooling.
• Communicate status clearly to PMO and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans and work breakdown structures.
• Lead meetings, capture decisions, and track action items.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes (RAID).</br>
• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders on timelines and budgets.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Assist in governance adoption and process improvements.
