Job summary

The role operates within the EPMO, following a hybrid/Agile lifecycle, and collaborates with the state team and vendor to manage schedule, risks, changes and deliverables.

The candidate should hold a current PMP, be eligible to work in the United States, and be ready to pass a criminal background check.

Qualifications

• Current PMP certification.
• Willing to complete HIPAA training after selection.
• Experience managing IT implementation projects for state government.
• Experience with hybrid or Agile delivery.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office.
• Located in the United States and eligible to work.
• Must pass national criminal background check and use Azure Virtual Desktop.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the project schedule in the EPMO tool, updated weekly.
• Deliver weekly project status reports in the project tool.
• Identify risks and issues and conduct monthly reviews.
• Facilitate meetings and publish agendas/minutes.
• Track project financials and update budgets in the tool.
• Manage change control with governance and track changes.
• Maintain deliverable records and acceptance forms.
• Maintain stakeholder register and governance communication.
