Job summary

CAI is seeking an IT Project Manager for a remote, 18-month contract. The role involves planning, coordinating, and driving large IT projects and deployment initiatives, including international travel of extended durations.

Strong leadership, communication, and PM skills are required to align with business objectives and budgets. Responsibilities include managing 20-40 deployment projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time delivery while adhering to project management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience managing multiple IT projects within budgets and timelines.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience creating and maintaining project plans, resource schedules, risk assessments, and status reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple moderately complex IT projects concurrently from initiation through deployment.
Coordinate 20-40 application deployment projects across shipboard systems and venues.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, resources, risks, and status reports.
Partner with Product, Infrastructure, Development, Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, and Operations teams to ensure success.
Lead project status meetings and provide progress updates, risks, issues, and deliverables.
