Job summary

CAI is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead multiple large IT projects, including shipboard deployments, on a remote, 18‑month contract. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Ideal candidates will have PM experience across IT deployments, international travel, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as milestones demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, PM, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing multiple IT projects within budgets and timelines.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and risk logs.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel internationally for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects concurrently from initiation through deployment.
• Coordinate resources and track milestones, risks, and budgets.
• Lead status meetings and communicate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with PM methodologies and company standards.
• Support ship deployment initiatives and international project sites.
