Job summary

Kelly is seeking four experienced IT Project Managers to support a large-scale modernization initiative. You will oversee plans, manage schedules, track risks, and report to program leadership.

Role is a full-time contract from November 2026 to April 30, 2027, primarily remote with onsite attendance one week per month in Olympia, Washington. Expect 40 hours per week and regular collaboration with PMO and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Seven years of IT project management experience with relevant education alignment.
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects and multiple workstreams.
• Proven PMO experience in government or enterprise tech initiatives.
• PMP certification or equivalent in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project charters, plans, schedules and baselines.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare weekly status reports and governance materials for leadership.
• Coordinate with directors, PMO, leads, vendors, and stakeholders.
