Job summary

TheCorporate LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager Lead for a 12-month, 100% remote contractor assignment. You will plan, execute, and finalize IT projects, balancing value, cost, schedule, and quality, while coordinating resources and vendors involved in delivery.

This role requires extensive experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives, strong governance, risk and budget management, and collaboration with IT operations to deliver enterprise services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience leading or facilitating IT projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business or Technical discipline and at least 4 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in application development, infrastructure, or similar areas.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages IT project development and delivery from beginning to end.
• Facilitates project scope definition in collaboration with project sponsors.
• Develops IT project plans and communications documents and collaborates with stakeholders, teams, and vendors to ensure resources for success.
• Develops and implements strategies to deliver projects aligning with business objectives and improve the lifecycle for faster value.
• Guides project through portions of the governance process.
• Drafts and submits budget proposals and recommends budget changes as needed.
• Influences project team members to take accountability for their work.
• Maintains effective communication with direct managers of project team members and supports development of individuals.
• Builds, develops, and grows key relationships vital to project success.
