The role requires a BA/BS in computer science or IT, 5+ years of related experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience, plus knowledge of SDLC and Agile/SCRUM.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in computer science, information technology, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience leading a service desk or technical team.
• Knowledge of SDLC and IT project management methodologies (Agile/SCRUM).
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or ServiceNow preferred.
• Excellent customer service, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project analysts and help desk staff delivering technical support to a federal agency.
• Manage small technical projects and help desk initiatives; track and escalate issues as needed.
• Supervise onboarding, performance reviews, timecards, and leave requests for the team.
• Monitor dashboards, ensure compliance with SLAs, and coordinate with resolver groups.
• Lead change management meetings and support governance processes.
