Qualifications

• BA/BS in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• SDLC knowledge and IT project management methodologies (Agile/SCRUM).
• Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of project analysts and support assistants providing technical help desk support.
• Manage small technical projects and oversee help desk initiatives.
• Identify, track, resolve, and escalate reported technical issues to appropriate resolver groups.
• Monitor staff performance and provide training and coaching as needed.
• Coordinate and approve timecards, leave, and reports for the team.
• Support stakeholders with project management tasks to align with requirements and timelines.
