Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, IT or PM).
• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional technology projects or programs.
• Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, governance, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.
• Manage mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, and transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reporting, budgets, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, vendor, operational, and acquisition teams.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource needs while driving timely resolution.
• Facilitate meetings, communicate progress, and provide clear updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Translate technical information into concise, actionable communications for business audiences.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve project delivery, reporting, decision-making, and team productivity.
