African American Talent is seeking a Project Manager to support a senior Acquisition Lead in large-scale technology integrations arising from multiple acquisitions. The role emphasizes structured delivery, stakeholder coordination, and visible client-facing programs.

You will assist planning, tracking milestones, and producing leadership-ready reports for executive teams across global workstreams, vendors, and internal technology teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, PMO, Consulting, Technology Delivery, or Business Transformation.
• Experience supporting large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps or similar PM tools.

Overview

Our client is in the midst of an aggressive acquisition and transformation strategy, having completed approximately 20 acquisitions and maintaining a multi-year M&A roadmap. Acquisitions range from firms of approximately 80 employees to enterprise organizations with more than 10,000 employees across multiple countries. The Technology M&A team is responsible for driving technology integration activities across every acquisition, partnering closely with internal stakeholders, acquired organizations, executive leadership, and external vendors to successfully execute a standardized post-acquisition integration process. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Project Manager to support a senior Acquisition Lead on a large-scale enterprise integration. This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Project Manager or Project Coordinator looking to gain exposure to enterprise M&A, large-scale transformations, and executive-facing programs. Role Summary The Project Manager will support the planning and execution of technology integration activities throughout the acquisition lifecycle. Working closely with Acquisition Leads, Program Managers, technology workstream owners, vendors, and business stakeholders, this individual will help maintain project structure, drive accountability, facilitate communications, and ensure successful delivery of key milestones. This role is highly visible and interacts regularly with executive leadership, newly acquired organizations, internal technology teams, and third-party vendors. Success requires strong communication skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, PMO, Consulting, Technology Delivery, or Business Transformation. Experience supporting large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational and follow-up skills with demonstrated ability to track milestones and deliverables. Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience building reporting, dashboards, presentations, and executive updates. Proficiency with: Jira Microsoft 365 Microsoft Teams Excel PowerPoint Azure DevOps or similar project management tools. Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting M&A integrations, acquisitions, divestitures, or enterprise transformation programs. Professional services, consulting, or highly matrixed enterprise environment experience. Exposure to: ServiceNow ITSM CRM platforms HCM systems Enterprise application ecosystems. Experience supporting global stakeholders and distributed teams.
