Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead high-complexity programs or a portfolio of moderate projects with a remote work setup. The role reports to the Senior Manager of IT PMO Operational Excellence, IT Strategy and Planning.

You will drive program vision, scope, and roadmap; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; manage budgets and risks; and collaborate across functions and geographies to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT program management experience delivering large-scale IT projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, IT, CS, Business or related field.
• PMP or PgMP certification required.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with IT infrastructure and project management tools (MS Project Online, ServiceNow).
• Financial and risk management, including budget tracking and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects within the program are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Define complex program vision, scope, goals, and a comprehensive roadmap.
• Oversee execution of all projects within the program and ensure alignment with goals.
• Manage program budget, costs, and resource allocation to meet targets.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate program-level risks; ensure IT governance and security compliance.
