Westinghouse Electric Company in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a Project Manager to lead project management for small to medium complexity efforts, reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Engineering Integration.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence 2 days per week, with duties including planning, execution, cost and risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of PM experience with knowledge of PMI's PMBOK are preferred; PMP is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of PMI's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

Responsibilities

• Plan projects by developing scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
• Manage project team size including controls and engineers.
• Ensure profitability of contracts and manage resources, risk, quality, and communications.
• Coordinate with product lines, customers, suppliers, and partners to deliver projects.
• Archive project artifacts and conduct post-project reviews for improvements.
• Implement continuous improvements to enhance project performance.
