Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior IT Technical Project Manager to drive complex IT initiatives across North America, ensuring systems and teams evolve to support a rapidly growing business. You will collaborate with experts regionally, manage transformational programs, and set the pace for excellent project execution.

You will lead medium to enterprise IT projects, monitor progress, and manage budgets, while guiding teams through PM methodologies and change management in a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Lead medium to enterprise IT projects across NAM regions.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and resources.
• Manage project financials and ensure targets are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and capture lessons learned.
• Ensure alignment with PM methodology and quality standards.
• Serve as key contact and escalation point with stakeholders.
• Oversee technology planning and implementation for IT projects.
• Coach and mentor junior PMs across NAM sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium, large, and enterprise IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource allocation with precision.
• Manage project financials and ensure adherence to targets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, while capturing and sharing lessons learned.
• Ensure all activities align with Hitachi Energy project management methodology and quality standards.
• Serve as the key contact and escalation point, building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee technology planning and implementation for ITrelated projects.
• Coach and mentor junior project managers across NAM sites.
