Qualifications

• 4 years of IT program management experience on large IT projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• PMP or PgMP certification required.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with IT infrastructure (hardware, software, and networks).
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project Online and ServiceNow.
• Financial and risk management: budgeting, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to work with program teams, partners, and IT support staff.
• Strong decision-making and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define complex program vision, scope, and goals; develop a comprehensive roadmap aligning with our goals.
• Oversee the execution of all projects within the program, ensuring delivery and alignment with goals.
• Manage overall project performance to meet quality, schedule and financial goals; ensure sub-projects deliver on time and within budget.
• Ensure program scope aligns with strategic goals and governance standards; guide leadership and teams.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks; develop contingency plans and ensure IT governance compliance.
• Manage the program budget, control costs, and improve resource allocation.
• Provide leadership to train, mentor, and direct technical and administrative personnel.
