Percepta is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead enterprise IT initiatives from initiation to closure. The role emphasizes delivering on-time, within-scope projects with high quality, across software development, infrastructure, and call center implementations.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of experience, PMP/Agile/Scrum, ITIL preferred, and strong leadership with global teams. Flexible schedule and cross-functional collaboration are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• PM certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum) preferred.
• ITIL certified, preferred.
• 5–8 years managing enterprise software development, infrastructure, or call center implementations.
• 3–5 years experience with call center operations and related technologies is a plus.
• Strong leadership and global team management skills; SDLC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle from requirements to post-go live support.
• Manage IT deliverables for internal initiatives and client launches, ensuring on-time, high-quality results.
• Identify risks, assess impact, and proactively mitigate throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage processes for product development, automation, and IT auditing activities.
• Improve project management processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
