Agile Resources, Inc. is seeking an IT Program Manager for Enterprise Technology & AI initiatives. This contract role offers a pay rate of $35–$40/hour with remote work and nearshore collaboration in Central or South America.

The ideal candidate will manage large IT programs, plan budgets, forecast resources, and report to executives. Strong leadership, communication, and multi-delivery experience are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex enterprise IT programs or portfolios.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams within matrix organizations.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, or other project/program management certifications are a plus.
• Exposure to AI initiatives or machine learning is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional technology programs from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, forecasts, governance processes, risk mitigation, and executive status reporting.
• Partner with business leaders, vendors, and project managers to align priorities and drive delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Establish and maintain program governance, change management, performance metrics, and reporting cadences.
• Provide strategic leadership by influencing stakeholders, mentoring teams, and improving program management practices.
