Qualifications

• 6+ years in Project/Program Management on large cross-functional IT initiatives.
• 3+ years managing full lifecycle SAFe/Agile projects.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 3+ years of project/program financial management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 0-10%, role predominantly remote with option to office.
• Proficient in MS Project / MS Project Server.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio financial reporting, budget tracking, forecasting and spend-to-plan reporting.
• Drive cross-functional teams for high-risk, complex programs/projects.
• Lead program/risk management and escalation across channels and service areas.
• Lead IT projects including software, infrastructure, cloud migrations, data moves.
• Develop strong business knowledge of assigned portfolios.
• Coordinate resources and resolve allocation conflicts across the program.
• Create detailed program master schedules and promote collaboration.
• Oversee PMO junior resources and offshore teams.
• Ensure compliance with processes, plans and budgets; track performance metrics.
• Prepare regular, audience-specific communications and dashboards.
• Manage and track budget/variance; take corrective actions.
• Propose changes to methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Motivate teams and foster collaboration and process discipline.
• Ensure consistent execution of PMO processes across projects.
