Job summary

Deloitte Technology-US (DT-US) Office of the CIO (OCIO) PMO team seeks a Manager to apply leading program and project management practices to deliver our major internal technology programs.

You will partner with Business Portfolio Leads to drive successful technology implementations, manage portfolio financials, and coordinate across project teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery with high quality. The role is predominantly remote with the option to work from a Deloitte office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Project/Program Management on large IT initiatives using structured methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience managing full lifecycle SAFe/Agile projects including strategy/business case development and implementation.
• 1+ year of people management experience overseeing PMs, Project Coordinators, etc.
• 3+ years of project/program financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio financial reporting including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Drive cross-functional teams in the delivery of high-risk, complex programs/projects.
• Lead program/project risk management, remediation plans, and escalations across channels.
• Lead and manage IT projects including software development, cloud migrations, and data migrations with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop strong business knowledge of assigned portfolios/products.
• Coordinate resource planning and resolve conflicts across the program lifecycle.
• Create detailed master schedules and foster collaboration across teams.
• Oversee activities of junior PMO resources and offshore teams to ensure timely solutions.
• Ensure compliance with processes, plans, and budgets; influence resource decisions.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports and dashboards to sponsors and leadership.
